Emily Sierra Melo is a Registered Dietitian and Energy Therapist Facilitator, and the founder of ANT for humans and FLORA for humans. Her work rests on a simple premise: nourishment is a harmonious relationship between food, body, earth, and spirit.
She brings over a decade of experience in holistic health, integrating clinical and behavioral nutrition with ancestral medicines, spiritual practices, artful living, and ritual. Her offerings span personalized nutrition care, remote energy healing sessions, and ceremonial cacao medicine rooted in Mayan cosmovision.
