About 21 Dimensions

One line

21 Dimensions is a curated network of facilitators and a map of 21 dimensions of inner development, from Body and Breath to Ceremony and Integration, grounded in wisdom traditions and science.

Boilerplate

21 Dimensions is a curated network of facilitators and a map of 21 dimensions of inner development, grounded in wisdom traditions and science. The map runs from Mind, Body and Breath to Ceremony, Death, Psychedelics and Integration, each anchored in research and living lineages. People begin with Map Yourself, a free self-assessment, and go deeper through protocols, ceremonies, interactive keynotes and retreats guided by vetted facilitators from more than 40 countries. Organizations bring the same work into leadership offsites, conferences and summits. Founded in Stockholm by Esia Nathaniel and rooted in the Inner Development Goals, 21 Dimensions develops the human capacities that matter most in an AI-accelerated world: presence, judgment, regulation, meaning-making and connection.

Esia Nathaniel

Founder, 21 Dimensions

Esia Nathaniel is the founder of 21 Dimensions. Esia comes from deep tech and the hard sciences, with a career of innovation across advanced materials, agri-foodtech, coliving, social innovation and regenerative deep tech. Esia was the commercial force behind Urban Oasis, the large-scale vertical farm in Liljeholmsberget. From 2016 to 2021 Esia was one of the first residents and co-shapers of Tech Farm K9, a coliving in central Stockholm. That work led to a clear conclusion: stewarding society, people and planet onto a regenerative path calls for inner innovation to evolve alongside the outer. Esia's inner work began in 2016, when the founder of the Inner Development Goals introduced Esia to this work through a program hosted by the organization Selfleaders, and grew into a decade-long quest across every dimension of human experience, held against research from adult developmental psychology to neuroscience and consciousness studies. 21 Dimensions is the map that journey produced: inner technologies as the next frontier of innovation, developing human intelligence and superconsciousness as the counterweight to artificial intelligence and superintelligence. Esia has written on innovation and its human foundations in Dagens industri.
