100+ facilitators across the 21 Dimensions

For HR, L&D and leadership teams

The Layer Most Leadership Programs Skip

We build the layer most programs skip: the nervous-system capacity that makes everything else you've trained usable under pressure.

What teams tell us

A program inspires for a day, and by the next busy week the old patterns are back.

Leaders carry stress into decisions that need a calm, clear mind.

The offsite ends with a good dinner and a strategy deck, and the way people work together stays the same.

21

dimensions on the full map of human development, from Body and Breath to Ceremony and Integration.

11

of them chosen for organisations, where the evidence for leadership development is clearest.

100+

facilitators practising across every dimension of the framework, a working network you can meet.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

A few lines on the group, the moment and what you hope changes. It takes about two minutes.

  2. 2

    A hand-picked match within 48 hours

We come back with facilitators and a format that fit, and shape the details with you.

  3. 3

    The experience, with integration

Every engagement closes with a way to carry it into the weeks after, so it lasts past Monday.

See it before you decide

What one leader sets in motion

A pattern in one person rarely stays with that person. Watch it spread through a team over two years, see what it costs left alone and what it costs when it is met with attention, and change every assumption to fit your organisation.

The Framework

11 Dimensions

The 11 dimensions of the full map with the clearest evidence base for corporate leadership development. Same rigor, scoped for the boardroom.

Some of the more exploratory territory, like Psychedelics and Sacred Plants, is already quietly part of how some forward-thinking leadership teams work. You never need to go there, and it's good to know the whole map is here: see the complete framework.

Honest questions

Isn't this too soft, or too spiritual, for our organisation?+

Every format starts where your organisation is. The work is anchored in research on stress physiology, attention and adult development, and mapped to the Inner Development Goals. A keynote with a five-minute practice is a very different step from a ceremony, and you choose the step.

What about psychedelics and plant medicine?+

They are part of the map because they are part of the field. For organisations we work with preparation and integration only, in legal contexts, and never supply substances. You decide which dimensions your people engage with.

How do we know it lasts?+

Integration is a dimension of its own. Offsites and programs close with a concrete plan for the weeks after, and protocols carry the practice into daily life over weeks.

Who are the facilitators?+

People who live what they teach, from breathwork and somatic work to voice, ceremony and leadership. Each one is part of the 21 Dimensions network, and we match them to your brief by hand.
