The Liminal Edge

Integration Coaching for Lasting Change

Integration

The art of weaving insights and breakthroughs into daily life

The art of weaving insights and breakthroughs into the fabric of daily life. Integration transforms peak experiences into lasting change - grounding expanded awareness into choices, behaviors, and relationships. The bridge between vision and embodiment.

Integration is the dimension that makes all others last. Without it, the most powerful breakthrough becomes a fading memory. Develops the capacity to weave peak experiences into sustained shifts in behaviour, culture, and presence.

Questions about Integration

What is integration coaching?

Integration coaching helps people turn a breakthrough (from a retreat, a ceremony, a program or a peak experience) into lasting change in behavior and identity. It combines reflection, habit design, somatic anchoring and accountability over the weeks that follow.

Why do retreat insights fade, and how do you make them last?

Insights fade when there is no structure for using them once the feeling passes. Small, repeated actions tied to who you are becoming, regular reflection and a peer or coach to practice with turn an experience into a sustained shift.

What is the 80% rule of integration?

The 80% rule is the idea that most of the real work of transformation happens after an experience, in integration, rather than during the experience itself. Planning the after with the same care as the event is what makes change last.
