Death
A profound threshold of transformation
A profound threshold of transformation - the dissolution of form into energy, and a return to the greater flow of existence. Death reveals the impermanence of life, awakening clarity, humility, and reverence. It invites reflection on meaning, legacy, and the eternal cycle of renewal.
The dimension most cultures have forgotten. Awareness of mortality is one of the most clarifying forces available to human consciousness. Explores how facing impermanence creates urgency, authenticity, and commitment to what truly matters.

Questions about Death
What is a death café?
A death café is an informal gathering where people talk openly about death and dying over tea and cake, with no agenda beyond the conversation. The movement exists to make mortality easier to talk about, and so to live more fully.
Why reflect on death as a leader?
Awareness of mortality is one of the most clarifying forces available to a person: it sharpens priorities, authenticity and commitment to what matters. Stoic and Buddhist traditions have used memento mori practices for exactly this.
What is existential coaching?
Existential coaching helps people face life's big questions (meaning, freedom, mortality and responsibility) as they show up in their real choices. It draws on existential psychology and is often sought at transitions, after losses or when success stops feeling meaningful.
