Sound
Vibration made audible - shaping space, mood, and consciousness
Vibration made audible - shaping space, mood, and consciousness. Sound moves through us as rhythm and resonance, capable of unlocking memory, shifting emotion, and altering states of awareness. It is a universal force that connects, heals, and transforms.
Sound works on the nervous system before cognition is even involved. Uses vibration, tone, and resonance to shift states, open the heart, and restore coherence. From ancient traditions to neuroscience-backed binaural entrainment.

Questions about Sound
What is sound healing?
Sound healing is the use of vibration, tone and resonance, from Tibetan bowls and gongs to voice and binaural beats, to shift a person's state. Sound reaches the nervous system before conscious thought is involved, which is why it can settle or energize a room quickly.
What happens in a sound bath?
In a sound bath participants lie or sit comfortably while a facilitator plays resonant instruments such as gongs, singing bowls and chimes. Most people experience deep relaxation, and many describe vivid inner imagery or a sense of mental clearing afterwards.
Do binaural beats work?
Binaural beats play slightly different frequencies in each ear, and the brain perceives a third, rhythmic tone. Research findings on their effects are mixed; many people find them helpful for relaxation or focus, and they work best as one tool within a wider practice.
